Property and room were very clean and neat. Jerome, who welcomed us was outstanding and funny!! Great customer service, remembered my name every time and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast the next day at 5 Euros is great. Nice hot water and comfortable bed. Good value for money. For all the other comments about it being a small room I think is unfair as you see the room size when booking it. The town of St Flour is just so pretty and quaint. Hotel just out of town but next to a good Carrfour and McDonalds across the road. Excellent place to stay in for a few nights.

Jerome was extremely courteous, efficient, professional and welcoming. Despite a slight language barrier he made sure we knew everything we needed to in a very friendly manner.

Cozy room with small bathroom, comfortable beds. Everything was clean and practical. A very nice receptionist/manager, funny and helpful! We stopped on our way from Spain back to Belgium as we did not want to do the trip in one go and we were really able to disconnect and rest. The village of Saint-Flour is really nice to visit :).

Jarome was the best bit, he was so helpful and recommended places to go locally. He helped with the ways to get into the main city, local ‘must see’ places to go and the local Floris bus if we needed it. The hotel was on the edge of the commercial unit but it was a lovely place to stay. The room was basic but air con was a bonus so slept well. We could walk to the centre which made a nice change from driving. We love St.Flour, saw free opera in the cathedral which was amazing. Definitely love to come back. Everyone was so helpful, great city and great food. Loved this place.

Staff were very friendly, good place for quick overnight stay while travelling. Carrefour walking distance McDonald across the road. A charming little village
